Do you know how to reduce cholesterol? Simple. Just stay away from oily food and eat heaps of oats.
Heh. That’s my simple plan of keeping the cholesterol level at a minimum. Of course, by that I mean in moderation. I really love my crisps..and somehow can’t get enough of them. But.. one must be disciplined and keep those crisps at bay (at times). For breakfast every single day, I make myself a bowl of oats. I must say, it’s become a habit, that even if I were to go for a holiday, I’d reach out for my bowl of oats.
What can I say? I’m a creature of comfort. And hey! Oats are good for you! From the heart, right down to the bowels. And I think my body pretty much thanks me.
