What do you eat for breakfast?

Do you know how to reduce cholesterol? Simple. Just stay away from oily food and eat heaps of oats.

Heh. That’s my simple plan of keeping the cholesterol level at a minimum. Of course, by that I mean in moderation. I really love my crisps..and somehow can’t get enough of them. But.. one must be disciplined and keep those crisps at bay (at times). For breakfast every single day, I make myself a bowl of oats. I must say, it’s become a habit, that even if I were to go for a holiday, I’d reach out for my bowl of oats.

What can I say? I’m a creature of comfort. And hey! Oats are good for you! From the heart, right down to the bowels. And I think my body pretty much thanks me. :D
