Recycled doors
If you’ve got me as your Facebook friend, you’ll know that we recently recycled a couple of doors, making it into tables. I was adamant in taking down those doors, because they really wasted space. Mr.T decided that he’ll convert those doors into tables.
Well.. the first door/table, was converted with other recycled materials. Which did not bode well with me, when he said, that the kids would be using this table. Kids being kids, will have a tendency to lean and sit on them. I don’t want this table to go crashing down, onto my beautiful floorboards.
So, Mr.T had to look high and low for suitable door hardware, that would be kid friendly. Finally, he found it and within a day, it was passed my QC inspection (after I sat my big fat bum on it..and it didn’t collapse).
So..yea. For some reason, there are alot of tables in this house. I think it’s because we like to work on it.
