Picking up the slack

If there’s any job in the world, I would not take, is to be a customer service officer. To be abused and criticised over your company’s product incompetencies, would be emotionally painful. As it is, not all customer service officers are given the SAME training. The SAME product knowledge. So, there are alot of inconsistencies when you speak to different officers everytime you call them.

Even if they leave notes about the conversation in their system, different people interpret it differently. And let’s not talk about the different continents, these officers live in! Sometimes I even have difficulty understanding their accent! Completely feckless, when it comes to delivering their promises!

I am truly fedup with them. The companies that always say they will provide the best customer service ever. If they just improve their products, there won’t be a need to have any customer service!
