Exasperated!
The past 2 weeks, I’ve been at loggerheads with .. customer service staff. First it was my internet service provider. I switched my accounts from my SIL’s name to mine. Obviously all this while, I’ve been the one paying the bills, but it had been under her name. I’ve always wanted to change it, and I finally did. And.. I had so much problems changing it. First, they changed my plan, then I found I couldn’t even go online, and everytime I spoke to someone…they told me it was my Mac and the wireless modem. I tell you, I’m not that stupid enough to know that I knew that my Mac was still ‘talking’ to my modem.
Finally, I spoke to a more knowledgeable staff (I was at the brink of breaking down, many curse words were already delivered to ‘overseas’ staff), and he suggested that he would reset the modem on their end and see what happens. Lo behold! It worked.
Then, it was about my kids’ vitamin supplements (not my diet supplement). The bottle was already opened and I wrote to them asking them what is the next step. It has been 7 days…working days and they have yet to return my email. I’m really not up to calling them on their free line, because I don’t want to be put on hold, and I don’t want to waste my time talking to them. As it is, I already wasted so much time talking to the damn internet service provider.
Alas…. I have been advised to call them..apparently it is much quicker that way. Ok..if that’s the case, then why on earth did they put an email contact there?
