Vanity Part Deux

Well, the next in line that needs to go, is my jelly belly. I’m not sure what fast acting fat burners, can do, but! the only thing that works for me is pure cardio. I know it because I have done it before. I love running. Pure cardio. The knees didn’t like it so much, but the heart and brain (and belly) loved it very much.

Now, that Mr.T is back for a while, I must take the opportunity to do some serious running. Plus, since it is close to summer, the sun only sets about 8ish at night. In this gorgeous weather, I think I will enjoy it thoroughly. The runner’s high. I know all my memories of running races will come flooding back.

However, one can’t simply put on some trainers and run. Because I have been inactive for sooooo long, I’ll have to start with some walking first. If I rushed into it, serious injuries can occur, and that is what I’m trying to avoid. So, here’s to my plan. Walk for 1 month..then build it up. Until I’m running a 21km next year.

Yea. Right. ;D
