I need a revamp.
My blog here needs a revamp. But that’s a totally different story.
Me..I need one. Earlier, I posted about me being a buyer’s advocate in real estate. And, I have this feeling that a lot of agents don’t give much thought to me.
Okay. I don’t blame them. I often appear to them, harrased, frazzled, three kids in tow, big clumsy stroller and lugging one huge tote bag.
So, I need to do a makeover. I need to look like a “tai-tai”. A very rich, bling bling, calm, collected tai-tai, who still has to lug one huge tote bag and three kids. I gotta make sure that huge tote is a LV Neverfull (fake of course! heh!) and I have to make sure I’m wearing really dressy stuff. Stuff that’ll make men, well, real estate agents swoon and wanna take my number (for the sole purpose of doing some hard sell – but of course!).
Of course, it won’t work on commercial real estate, but I’m pretty sure it’ll work on residential real estate. In fact, this Friday, I’ll be going to this guy’s office to take a look at some plans. This guy happens to be Hongkee. And quite arrogant too. So, I will act doubly arrogant and super duper rich. We’ll see how that goes. I will report back here…on Saturday or Sunday (if I don’t get bombed out by those kids. Heh!)
