Ah. Same time last year, we were looking around for a people mover. We looked through every possible car yard, online of course. I didn’t want to sweat by walking through an actual car yard. I was pregnant at that time y’know. So…we actually found our car online and the very next day, we went to the car yard to have a look.
It is an old car. A very old car. But it was a Toyota..and it was in a very good working condition. Knowing how Toyotas are very reliable..we decided to buy it. But we told the vendor we’d come back the next day.
One thing I’ve learnt about buying cars is not buying it on the spot. Always sleep on it. So, we thought about it and agreed to get it. The very next day, we came with our cheque books and signed it out of the car yard. Our kids love it to death. It’s one of the biggest Toyota people movers around. In fact, they don’t make it this size anymore!
But when it came to getting a car insurance. That was easy. I actually bought my car insurance online. Yup, I did. It was so easy. Over here, everything is done online and payment is secured but easy. I had done my homework on Car insurance earlier..so I knew which Insurer I was going to sign up with.
Now… I just got a letter from them, reminding me to pay up for a renewal. Premium’s still ok. Still very affordable. I like them.
