I am determined to go skiing next year. Very determined! I have already bought skiing clothes for the kids. Can you believe it? Although optimum skiing conditions around my area will only happen around August/Sept, I’ve already planned ahead. It’s summer here…so getting winter clothes now, is definitely much cheaper!
I’ve been looking all over the place for a Berghaus Fleece Top, but it’s not been easy. It’s mostly sold in the UK…but not around these parts.
Why am I planning in advance? Based on everyone’s experience on the mountains, every single person I know, has had fun! I’m sure my kids would be really excited in seeing, touching and playing with snow for their very first time! I am also looking for a very family friendly place…where there will be babysitting services..because this Mama wants to ski too! I need to have some fun too y’know!
Very excited about this whole thing…hee hee! I’ll update more as the plan comes into fruition!

wow, thumbs up for planning in advance! winter is already here, but we still haven’t planned our winter vacation in january… we might go skiing as well, but i think the kids might be still a bit too small, but we’ll see. i’d hate to leave them with my parents again, so we’ll have to plan something with the little ones, perhaps a winter holiday in the tropics?
it would be so nice to get some sun! england has been dreadful this year. even the summer felt like autumn… it seems like i’ve been wearing my waterproof jacket non-stop here!
