I used to run. Run, seriously.
The freedom of running is exhilarating. Especially when the endorphins kick in. Although, I had recurring Plantar Fasciitis which is a painful foot condition in the heel and arch area, it didn’t stop me from continuing running.
Often, during a run, I would think about everything going on in my life. Then, if I were to run with a friend, that would be the time, we would have our girly time. Brings back many memories.
Sigh..now, I don’t even have time to read newspapers. I just hope that my boys will take up my love of running. Then, we can all run together.

Hey Mott,
I tried to go running the other day, because I was dying to get some ahem, endorphins, as well, and the scenery was so pretty, that I just was itching to go out…
Bad idea…
I barely got to 5 metres of running when I felt like I was going to faint…The air here is too cold!
The cheeks were freezing, and was gasping just to breathe as the air is just toooooo freaking cold!
Tried with a muffler around the face, but didn’t do much good either…=(
Hope you get a good run soon, though…
