I think this next summer will be very intense. As per my previous post, our world has been drastically affected by pollution. Last summer, there were some days where it hit 40°c. Man…the heat was searing and our boys were practically bathing in sweat everytime we go out. Being a third hand car, our auto [...]

Look at that! While walking to No.1’s school, the whole street is lined with cherry blossoms..all blossoming in Winter.
It’s a sad reality that while it’s so pretty to look at, global warming has hit earth hard. The last summer was not all that warm. Yes, there were SOME warm days…but it’s summer, it’s supposed to [...]

BookWorm Tag from KittyCat!!!!!!! Thanks so much! Great fun!!!
Do you remember how you developed a love for reading?
I was quite a blur child……………till I stumbled into the store room, about 8/9. My dear aunt kept all her favourite books for me. My mom left it there…..for so many years, collecting dust.
What are some books you [...]

Ever wondered where your office supplies or stationery ends up? Even if you have a place for everything, when you have kids, little fingers help these items wander off and turn up at the most unexpected places! It is certainly not funny when you think you are missing out on say, a stapler, only to [...]

I had a problem, when I saw no.2’s thumb like this. It was all red and sore from all his thumb-sucking-comforting-when-he-goes-to-sleep-action. I repeatedly asked him, “Is it painful?”. He (increasingly annoyed) answers, “NO!”.
Hmph!
Well, my problem was resolved today. Everyday, as we walk…well, I walk, the two of them run like hell to school. See, [...]

I’m sure alot of mums are wondering, how I can continuously get blocked ducts, and finally mastities, when I successfully breastfed my first two kids quite smoothly.
I have to say, it’s a combination of these :
1) Nursing bras - yes..I have three, which I have been using since Day 1. Day 1 of No.1’s birth, [...]

With my fever, and sudden loss of taste senses…I found myself losing heaps of weight. Although you can find Phentermine no prescription is required from the pharmacist, I think I’d rather slim down the normal way. Y’know, by running after my kids, exercising, and eating the right kind of food.
Actually, I have been eating all [...]

Bleh…
I don’t know why but this round, I keep getting blocked ducts. For my first two babies, I had it only once, each. This time around, I’ve been getting it again and again. Yesterday was the worst, had a soaring fever. Went to the dr this morning and she confirmed it was mastities.
Arrrrgh! Now I’m [...]

How many times have I moved, in the last 6 years? 5 times. My cornell plates have been moving along with me. The first couple of times, I did it on my own. But the last big move I had, I called in the experts. After all, it’s international shipping and I couldn’t bear for [...]

It was 7°C when my kids yelled at me to bring them to McD’s playground. I have to say….that sounded soooo tempting. Me, in the warm cosy ochre-colored room, sipping a hot choc, while they were outside playing in this freezing weather.
Alas, I just went there yesterday, devouring 2 happy meals (one hotcakes, one bacon [...]
