Mr.T purposely bought me a 2nd-hand bicycle just so that I could get back in shape after my 3rd pregnancy. Isn’t that the biggest hint you ever seen? I gotta say, because the weather turned colder (it was 5c last night)…it’s making it harder for me to get out of the house. I know I need to exercise as I need to lose my post-pregnancy belly real fast!

I’m just trying to find the most gentle way of losing it, as I haven’t exercise in ages and I don’t want to sprain/hurt any part of my body! :lol:

Hmmmm…….Australians are great wearers of sandals! In every season, sandals are worn! Ha ha, I should know, I still wear my sandals out even though its’ freezing cold!
