I’m so dead!
No.3 is rejecting his bottle of EBM everynight! By giving him a bottle of EBM from Day 10, I was assured of the amount he took, hence he woke up only once a night.
Now…he has a sudden dislike of latex nipples and prefers the real ones instead! He literally screams at the sight of it! Since when did babies get so clever at 2months?
Haiz…so cham la me…I keep looking at the 4 oz of wasted precious milk…and tell him not to waste it..but does he listen??? No..he just screams at me, and gives me a pissy look!
4 oz of precious liquid gold……..4 oz….. 4 oz….
I want to pengsan la. Today, I’ll only try 1 oz, I don’t think I can take anymore of wasted precious liquid gold!

Adoi! That’s a lot leh! That’s like one pumping session…so sum toong! Give him the bottle during the day la…but then again..if you’re the one feeding him..he can smell you and would want the real teats. Have your in-laws feed him with the bottle during the day..and u run far far away from him.

Mott, I guess u have to let someone else feed yur baby if using the bottle. Baby are smart….the softness, feel, and smell is different mah….
My case now is the opposite ler…baby rejects the real thing coz the flow is too strong and he chokes. I bottle feed him EBM most of the time. He only wants the breast for comfort when it’s been emptied. If got milk only, he screams blue murder…sigh…so tiring to pump and feed, pump and feed. I hope he is able to cope with the milk flow as he gets bigger.
He is an exclusive bf bb, of coz smart la. The others are right, he probably can smell u. Try getting someone else to bottle feed him.

i am soo nodding my head about this statement too, but it’s breast feeding for my case..ha ha. Now he is getting better at it, maybe coz my milk doesn’t gush out anymore. I plan to BF for 8mths like my previous two girls…no particular reason…just to be fair to all
4 oz!!! That’s like 4 litre to me coz I used to be an undernourished cow. LOL. Seriously, I had little supply so I know how precious that is. Good luck!
