EEEKKKKK!!!!! 4 days more!
For man years, Xmas in KL was really quiet. We just celebrated with my in-laws, and that was it. Had dinner, kids (only two of them) would play amongst themselves..and the adults would just chit-chat. Very low-key and quite enjoyable.
Xmas in Melbourne is wayyyyyyy different. Everyday we have an invite. It’s either lunch or dinner. I guess, all migrants try their best to make new migrants feel at home…and have a gathering around this festive time.
I just finished shopping for kids’ gifts. I only had to buy for 7 kids but I’m seriously tired. I have to wrap it now…which is probably the worst trait that I inherited. I waited till the last minute..only for the kiamsiap reason, everything goes on a frantic sale. Boxing day is even better still…. all xmas decor goes on a blitz!!!
For those who have been visiting me, I’ve been reallllly slow in visiting your blogs. I do apologise. My orientation with this MacBook is taking slightly longer than I expected. Plus, I am sharing this Mac so, time is very precious to me. I will get around to popping by…but in the mean time,
