Buying a car is never easy. Buying a 2nd hand car, is even a harder choice to make. Especially, if you’re not an expert in cars. Everyone either depends on their friends (who seem to be experts during a sale, but not when the car starts to sputter)…or the ‘reliable’ salesman.
Sigh… when you actually buy a ‘lemon car‘, you’d immediately want a refund, but I can tell you, that 2nd hand car dealer will have nothing to do with you. So, what do you do? Do you look for legal counsel and incur more costs? If such counsel is aggressive enough, you probably get a full refund and a compensation for their legal fees. So, do go to a good lawyer that will do just that.
