Sleepless in the night

by mott on November 4, 2007

I remember the first time I slept with my maternal grandma. It was during a holiday in Pulau Redang. We shared a room with her, so that she could take care of us, while my parents partied the night away.

I couldn’t sleep. I honestly couldn’t. She must have been real exhausted from all our antics and snored the entire holiday away. It was unbelievably loud. I so wished I had ear-plugs then. I also wished for a mouth-plug…but that wouldn’t have been very comfortable for her. Ha ha ha.

Anyway, whenever Mr.T is extremely exhausted, I end up being the exhausted one the next morning. I often wondered how other women put up with their snoring husbands. I will confess that there are times where I slept in a separate room, simply because I couldn’t get any rest! If I had ear-plugs, perhaps it would’ve helped. Sigh…

Ha ha I remember this when I was pregnant…towards the last 2 months, I could not sleep and to make it worse, I have a pig snoring so loudly next to me.

What did I do? I nudge him and nudge him and when I am in evil mood, I wake him up to keep me company…ha ha ha

MUAHHAHAHAHAHAH….but who falls asleep first?
