I wonder. I really wonder…does anyone out there know how to make someone quit?
On their own accord, of course. Nothing sexual untowards, please ah.
I am trying to think up of cold-storage ways…but many of the ones I am thinking of, are the normal cold-storage strategies…
1) increase workload, but give terribly boring assignments
2) reduce workload…..but salary is too high..so can’t really justify this
3) give shitty jobs
4) announce the company is going thru a cost-cutting measure, and will no longer be able to entertain frivolous reimbursements.
Other than that….I’m stumped. Being out of the industry for so long..made my brain kayu.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Well, it will depend on the individual’s personality. Some ppl like glory.. then deny them. Some like money…some like attention… hard to say.
The best way is to tell the individual straight out you’re not happy with his/her work. Hey, are you the boss? Only if you’re the boss lar..lol
I’m the ‘silent’ boss. Do the thinking oni, the real job will hv to be performed by another person (poor schmuck!). This guy..is (big sigh!) a moron. High salary, thinks he’s real great for bringing ONE account. Now, that account already dying off….but he still thinks he’s the highness. Some ppl…just got no BRAINS!
Just tell him straight lor. He’s bringing in sales and has only one account? Incredible. He has no quota or targets to hit meh?
at that time, it was one great big account. now that it’s gone..he’s hanging on to those glory days…which is getting dimmer and dimmer. funny thing is, this guy doesn’t seem to realise it!
