tiny

I took this picture a few weeks ago. Just a random memory of my son’s love of cars.

His first word was ‘car’. This is part of his growing collection of tiny cars. He has used them for crazy movie-style stunt action sequence, but one thing he loves is parking them neatly. In rows, or straight lines. Sometimes in sequential colours, sometimes his favourite colour (green) first.

Ah..I wonder if he will grow up to be a mechanical engineer, a stunt guy, or just one of those ol geezers that buy used cars and used spare parts and keep them in the house..and keep his ol lady hoppin’ mad. ;-)

I have three boys, though older now, and they all loved little cars, too. I do remember them lining them up and wondered why that orderliness couldn’t transfer to their rooms. :D

Most of those are collectors cars from way back then. Can’t imagine a little boy who gets them, not opening them. I know a grown male friend who now buys them just to collect them. He would never think of selling them. Great colorful photo and idea for this weeks theme. Thanks for sharing and have a good weekend.

My son? No hope.
He simply leave his cars on the floor, and always couldn’t locate them

I met a man who collected those in his sixties! Let’s hope he isn’t one of those! It’s a great hobby for kids. I’ve been wondering where my son’s cars went.
