photohunters

This is my very first Photo Hunter Post and I’m really excited about it!

jy-cherries

Anyway, this photo is about that lil cherry, my son is holding. You see, the fruit seller at the market looks like a genuine Chinese Thug/Gangster. His face is so fierce, if you didn’t know any better, you might think he was the kind of ‘for-hire-beater-upper’. But, he’s a seriously and genuinely sweet guy, because whenever he sees us, he will holler out and give this lil guy a piece of fruit.

This time, it’s a sweet cherry. Mind you, imported cherries are very expensive here and it was a very sweet thing for this fruit-seller to do.

My lil guy couldn’t wait to sink his pearly whites into them!

Sorry..I had some problems..and had to edit the pic! But this is a much clearer pic!

What a sweet gesture !
Here in Belgium cherries are also very expensive the local once even more then imported, I am so angry about these high prices that I haven’t bought any so far ! And in Turkey they sold them for nothing on the street !

Cherries are very rare over here but I’m sure when you find one it would really be very very expensive.
Mine is up too.

There’s a saying which goes like “don’t judge a book by its cover”… :) So true for the fruit seller and lucky boy you have, he’s got free taste of fruits. :) Welcome to Photo Hunt!

I love the picture, chubby little fingers holding the prize so gently.

Being a child is so great when you find a shop/stall keeper with a soft spot who allows you to sample their wares.
