This is a meme. The “face behind the blog” meme. This is the LONGEST meme I’ve ever done!

Okayyyyy……that should have filtered out all the non-interested readers…leaving just the only one who will actually read it since she tagged me. Hee hee hee..Psstt…5xmom, don’t zzzz off on me ok.

This particular post really made me work up a sweat. First, have to think of the flow. Second, had to hunt hi n low for those darn old dusty pictures. Third, had to scan them all in and put that stupid “watermark” in.

These are real pictures of me..no fake boobs or fake butts. In fact, alotta of it..no boobs la. So flat..what to do? Sigh…. But nevermind..got good butt!

So..it’s a hellotta effort on my part..and I urge you not to clicking on “read more” just to save your time….and not puke out your breakfast/lunch/tea/dinner/supper.

*ahem* here goes. Again..I warn you. It’s a VERY long post. It will take up 1/2 hour of your time. DO NOT READ THIS!

I’ve decided to put up some pictures of me me me..because I do notice that it is better for a blog to have a face associated with it. I think it’s just in people’s nature to kaypoh be interested in how the blogger looks like.

So…I’ve no problems publicising my face..as long as you don’t go and draw mustache or black out my teeth, on your screen la. You only make it difficult for your cleaner to clean your screen leh. Apalah U!

As a young kid..I was quite aggressive. I think mostly it was because my brother bugged me helluva lot. That taught me from very young…be tough or get bullied.

Then..I grew up to this awkward looking bean pole. With glasses. Don’t let that geeky look fool you…..actually, it fooled quite a lot of people. I was a very naughty kid. I’d play in the longkang, overgrown areas and abandoned houses. I’d cycle far and beyond, into the main streets….like evil kneevil. Real foolhardy brave girl I was!

Back then and then..I was still quite a naughty girl. I’d sneak off to places, quite successfully. I ponteng school, never got caught. But no..I never smoked, did pot, or hassle any kid for his pocket money. Although I did fight with a “pengkik-tak-jadi” for not being the real person that she was. Sigh…so aggressive fighter cock! brave! But shhhh…FaMa still had idea that I was very good girl. *ahem*

Then I left school..and I became even WORST! I still look farkingly innocent..coz I was born with a baby-face…what can I say..I can get away with anything. Just like my No.2. Geez!!!! It’s all karma! While in college, I had access to a car (my mother was very progressive..she MADE me get my licence and MADE me drive myself to college ), and well..I just about drove everywhere and… everywhere. It was good because everyone wanted to be my friend. It was bad because none of my friends wanted to pay for gas. And they call themselves my friends. PAH!

Then..I left college and found Uni. Look at us..just because we were down-under, I got everyone to become a koala bear. Sigh…no..we were not drunk! Yet another place where I did stupider things..becoz I had access to car and freedom of access. Ahh….I must have been suicidal because I ..

a) bungy-jumped - no fear

b) rock-climbed many times - again no fear (once I hit my head on the rock, and an Aussie girl asked me to apologise to the rock because it was there first. Err..yea..I am FARKING BLEEDING HERE!!!!!!!! I WANNA BE A SELFISH PRICK FOR ONCE! But still, I apologised..because it was really there first..I just put on head under it. DOH!)

c) jumped off a cliff into jellyfish infested water - plain stupidity.

But I gotta say, I actually applied myself in Uni and got better grades in my entire life while I was there. I actually learnt stuff (academically la…apalah u) and till today, it helps. Funny, this academia thingy… Hmmmmm…

And here I am…. straight after graduation, demanded that my father give me money to travel to London. Poor guy…now I know how it feels. So blatantly cocky then. I travelled there by myself, stayed with my buds. Imagine..we are still close. Ahh….this is true test of friendship, through time and distance..we somehow manage to keep it close. Wierd. Back then, I had no fear of travelling by myself. I think we all have that certain amount of cockiness at that young age. If not..it would mean your parents really cottonballed you as a kid. That would be a real pity. Because that’s when I learnt all my stupid mistakes…from all my stupid acts.

Ah well…when I got back, I became a good girl and got a job. Can you see how farking cocky I was? That is my herd batch. We all moo-ed along to the same beat..and then left for respective branches and departments. I got a cocky department. Consumer Sales. Farking cocky mouth I had. Sheesh..ended up selling housing loans. I am very sure a lot of Credit Admin people want to KILL ME NOW…EVEN NOW… as we speak.. kakakakaakakakakaka! Luckily, I moved myself outta there (thanks to cocky mouth) and into a nice department where I ruled everything…even tho I didn’t know WTF I was doing. HAHAHAHAHAH..I had baduts listen to me. I had GMs listening to me. I had the CEO listening to me. Mua hahahahahahah…good luck to that bank!!! Look at where it’s at now!

See….while hard at work, giving my company my 100%, I’d still be suicidal. I…

1) did white-water rafting. Almost drowned.

2) Climbed Mount KK..I know..that’s not a real picture..I couldn’t find the one with me touching the “Low’s Peak” signage.

3) Got a tattoo..from a dodgy HK gangster. Could’ve gotten AIDS or some stupid infection.

4) Drank myself silly… sigh..almost died in a car accident.

5) Ran many half-marathons..and in turn, almost giving myself many near heart-attacks (ok..that was a lie. I was really fit then…Then..not now!)

Then…it was time to settle down. This was my intended hair-do for my wedding. Nice hor??? NICE HOR???!!!! Arumugam’s hairstyle was a rage! Don’t know who Arumugam is? God bless you.It was for my Mr.T’s tormentous process in getting his new bride. Poor guy..he had to do many things that he was really uncomfortable to do.

I like these two photos the best..because I think it captured the true essence of that day. The first one being that two of us had the same type of expression and the photographer was ‘brirriant’ in capturing it. It was a typical “why are we waiting?” look. Or maybe it was a “hmm..now WHAT?” look. Oh well. The second picture…. hey! I’m a playful grrl…I’m not a posing picture grrl..again…thanks to that ‘brirriant’ photographer for capturing this moment!

Ah…after marriage, I really settled down. Yea..I still did some crazy stuff, like I actually went to work drunk on Dec 31st 1999. It was freaking Y2K…..I was in KL…. I had to drink abit before going to work at 11pm…just before the countdown, just so that the entire corporate internet banking system doesn’t crash! I gotta say, my colleagues (IT) really liked me then..coz I was just giggling and singing away, testing all the systems! What a breath of fresh air! HA HA HA!

Now..with 2 kids.. I really really lay low. I’ve been a off-n-on teetoller. Only drinking during family occasions *ahem*. I keep myself alive..so that when I release my boys from my clutches..I will go suicidal again. It’s such an adrenaline rush!

Anyway..this is me. I’m slightly insane.. I’m always practical. I like the fact that I’m me and I won’t change me for you. Ok..it’s really late. I’m tired…coz it’s the longest meme I’ve ever done. Thanks again Lilian..with all sincerity. This meme made me think of all the siao things I’ve done..and I can now prepare myself for the siao things my boys will do.
